How do I cancel an order on www.shadedblossoms.com?
No Cancellations/ Exchanges on Customised products once the order has been confirmed.
All our products are hand crafted delicately and cancellations and refunds once the order has been placed is not allowed. Each of our product is a masterpiece created exclusively and hence returns and exchanges are not encouraged to keep the drape as fresh as it can be. We believe in least hands exchanged before the product reaches its beloved owner.
Return Policy:
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at shadedblossoms@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
